Dear Dinner guests

It is with very great regret that the BMS Council have to announce that our Dinner on March 21st has been postponed. This follows extensive discussion with the Westmead and our Cabaret performers relating to the impact of the Corona Virus and reflects the increasing risk as the virus continues to spread. This is particularly so in respect of distancing tactics in large public gatherings. We are aware that some guests will not see themselves to be in a high risk category, but as a responsible organisation we feel it is incumbent on us to take measures that will protect vulnerable groups and contribute towards reducing the spread of the virus within the whole community.

Our agreement with the Westmead is for Postponement with a hope to rearrange the event at some time ,we hope in the not too distant future. In the meantime we will arrange for a full refund to all our guests.

We appreciate the level of extreme disappointment that this decision will cause but very much hope you will understand and support us while we all work through this most distressing situation.
